Data-led PR campaign gets headlines for AI in ecommerce report

The campaign centered on pitching a data story from Nosto’s latest survey and report exploring consumer attitudes to agentic commerce. Key insights included:  

  • Two-thirds of UK and US consumers are now open to using AI assistants like ChatGPT to help with online shopping ’
  • Seven in ten consumers abandon AI after just one irrelevant product recommendation
  • While ChatGPT and Google have been among the first to introduce agentic shopping features, nearly half of consumers (48%) are open to using AI shopping assistants from their favourite retailers
